Stephanie Feltus

MS, RDN, LMNT, LD

Stephanie has been helping people improve their health through practical, personalized nutrition for more than 26 years. She believes good nutrition should fit into real life, not make it harder.

Her approach is evidence-based, supportive, and realistic, with a focus on helping clients make changes they can actually maintain. Whether someone is working on weight management, blood sugar, digestive concerns, heart health, sports performance, or simply feeling better day to day, Stephanie works to create a plan that feels doable and individualized.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a mom to two active teenagers, Lucy and Gavin, and spends a lot of time at sporting events, outdoors, traveling, biking, running, and finding new places to explore. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie understands that health goals have to coexist with busy schedules, family life, travel, celebrations, and everything else that comes with being human. Her goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in making nutrition choices that work for their lives

Emma Peterson

MMN, RDN, LMNT, ATC, LAT

Emma is a registered dietitian and certified athletic trainer with a Master of Medical Nutrition. Her experience in both hospital settings and private practice has shaped a practical approach to nutrition that focuses on what is realistic for each individual rather than following a rigid plan.

She uses current research and evidence-based recommendations to create clear, manageable strategies that fit into everyday life. Emma takes a weight-neutral, behavior-focused approach and considers the whole person, including nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and emotions. Her style is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free, with an emphasis on helping clients understand the “why” behind each recommendation.

During an initial visit, Emma takes time to learn about each client’s medical history, routines, relationship with food, challenges, and goals. Together, she and the client develop realistic short- and long-term steps that feel achievable and sustainable.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, running, Pilates, weightlifting, and crocheting. She believes small, consistent habits can have a meaningful impact on health and enjoys helping clients discover the routines that work best for them.
